Foods that Increase Blood Circulation

Individuals with poor blood circulation often complain about muscle cramps in legs, tingling in feet, reddish color of the skin, and slow healing of wounds and sores. According to leading medical reports, doctors in the U.S. deal with almost 100,000 cases of poor blood circulation every year.

Onion and Garlic

Although disliked by many people because of the foul odor, garlic and onion can help prevent plaque build up on the walls of arteries and also help in lowering cholesterol levels in the body.
Both these foods are natural blood purifiers and natural antibiotics. They also play a very important role in fighting infections and strengthening the entire immune system.

Dark Chocolate

Not only does it taste good, dark chocolate is one of the most nutritious foods on this planet. After years of experiments and research, doctors all over the world agree that dark chocolate contains flavonoids.
