Is the Tuna Diet Plan Healthy?

Tuna diet is a low-calorie diet that restricts one's calorie intake to 1000 calories a day. However, an intake of only 1000 calories for a day is not enough for the body's normal functioning.
Such starvation diets lower one's body metabolism, thereby increasing the risk of putting on more weight than before. Thus, the tuna diet like other starvation diets is not a healthy way to lose weight.
Before trying out any weight loss system, introspecting the diet plan thoroughly is crucial. Check for yourself and see if the diet plan is truly safe and healthy. The best way to lose weight is by eating a healthy, well-balanced diet accompanied by regular exercise. All the best!
