The following article contains a list of alkaline foods that will help you maintain the blood pH level in your body.
Our blood is supposed to be slightly alkaline with a pH of about 7.35-7.45. When there is a pH imbalance due to intake of high acidic foods like animal protein, sugar, caffeine, etc., it leads to many diseases and imbalances in the body. A pH below 7.0 is acidic, whereas, a pH above 7.0 is alkaline.
