8 oz. glass of lemon or lime water, two red or green apples or homemade apple sauce.
You can have the power drink made out of 3 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2 cup distilled water, squeeze of lemon, pinch of ground ginger powder and grade B maple syrup.
Eat fresh salad with olive or flax oil, and any one of either beans, millet, pea soup, organic chicken, turkey, or fish (do not add croutons, crackers and mushrooms).
Raw sticks of celery, other vegetable wedges or raw almonds (hummus, salsa or bean dip for sauces can be used) are a yummy snack.
Vegetable soup and a small bowl of millet, corn grits or steamed vegetables and buckwheat. Snack or seeds or nuts (no peanuts or cashews). Healthy vegetable or chicken stew.
Also drink about 8 oz glass of lemon water or simply boiled water one more time.
Foods to Avoid
You need to avoid certain foods to get rid of the yeast infection fast. Following foods should not be included in the diet.

- Soft drinks
- Honey and syrup
- Fruit juice and dried fruit
- Dried, smoked, or cured meats
- Peanuts and pistachios
- Bread and rolls
- Cookies and cakes
- Salad dressing
