- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1½ cups chocolate chips
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
How You Make It :
You need to preheat the oven to 350º F. Now, sieve the flour, soda and salt together and keep it aside. Next, whisk the granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, egg and vanilla together. When the mixture is light and fluffy, pour it into the flour and blend properly. Make sure there are no lumps formed and a paste of uniform consistency is formed.
