  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
How You Make It:
You need to preheat the oven to 350º F. Now, sieve the flour, soda and salt together and keep it aside. Next, whisk the granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, egg and vanilla together. When the mixture is light and fluffy, pour it into the flour and blend properly. Make sure there are no lumps formed and a paste of uniform consistency is formed. To this cookie add the chocolate chips. Mix together and see that the chocolate chips are dispersed throughout the cookie mix. With the help of a tablespoon scoop the dough and make it into a tight round shape of about an inch. Place these scooped and well-shaped batter on a greased oven plate.
